Position reputed company

As an reputed company Contact Center Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services that our clients offer. This will involve making outbound and inbound calls, including appointment scheduling, insurance reputed company qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting. You'll be working with a reputed company of clients, so adaptability and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Qualify callers for programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls

Requirements:
