About the Role:

We are seeking an reputed company Medicare reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a fully remote position. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for delivering, strategizing, and improving reputed company with a reputed company on primary care. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Educating and networking with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures on products and programs to attract and retain membership in the Plan - Establishing and maintaining relationships for the promotion of healthy lifestyles among membership - Tracking and trending HEDIS or Medicare Stars rates - Responsible for member and provider contacts and reputed company reputed company - Fostering the Plan's reputed company in the community by interacting with members, providers, and reputed company agencies as assigned

This position will support the Customer Service department Medicare Stars Program.

Key Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent educational certification - Two (2) years' experience in a customer service-reputed company position - Associate Degree in health care administration, communication, marketing, or reputed company field (Preferred) - One year experience in a community-reputed company reputed company position (Preferred) - NCQA experience specific to HEDIS measurement (Preferred) - In-depth understanding of claims administration as it pertains to provider payments, including CPT-4 codes, reputed company codes, HCPCS codes, DRGs, etc. (Preferred)
