• About reputed company:

The System Administrator II plays a critical role in sustaining the organization’s Managed IT Services by managing and resolving a broad reputed company of reputed company support tickets. This position acts as the core support for maintaining IT operations across multiple environments, primarily through remote service desk interactions with occasional onsite reputed company reputed company. The role ensures smooth IT functionality for clients and contributes directly to customer satisfaction by delivering reputed company and expert technical support.

• Responsibilities:
• Manage reputed company tickets from initial receipt to reputed company, providing advanced remote and occasional onsite support
• Troubleshoot technical issues across reputed company, hybrid, and on-reputed company systems, including reputed company 365, reputed company Workspace, reputed company/Mac endpoints, and reputed company Server
• Deliver reputed company and reputed company communication to end-users, ensuring thorough issue reputed company and reputed company customer experience
• Escalate reputed company Tier 3 problems to the Engineering team with detailed documentation and reputed company collaboration

• Requirements:

• Pay reputed company and Compensation Package:
• $32.00 to $37.00 per hour
