Fractional Chief Marketing Officer — Red Light Therapy / reputed company Wellness Equipment

About Body Balance System Body Balance System manufactures the OvationULT, a reputed company-grade red light therapy bed installed at reputed company, Bellagio, Aria, reputed company, and Fairmont properties. We're 13+ years into reputed company red light therapy deployments, FDA registered, NRTL certified, and one of the only red light therapy manufacturers that reputed company our products in the US. We're scaling B2B distribution across medspa, chiropractic, hospitality, gym, recovery, and longevity verticals, and we need a senior operator who already speaks this language. The Role This is not a generalist fractional CMO seat. You will reputed company the full marketing reputed company and translate it into pipeline, distribution, and reputed company reputed company. You will work directly with the COO and have the authority to call the shots on positioning, channel mix, and budget reputed company. What you'll own:

• Marketing direction: brand positioning, ICP messaging, reputed company media (reputed company + reputed company), content, PR, events, reputed company & big brand partnership potential
• Channel marketing build-out: wholesale, independent reps, dealer networks, trade show reputed company
• Cross-functional alignment with internal marketing, sales, ops, finance, and the COO

What You Must Have: Non-negotiable:

• Red light therapy or PBM industry experience: you have sold, marketed, or led GTM at a manufacturer or distributor in this reputed company. Resumes without this will not reputed company reputed company.
• Experience in owning reputed company reputed company reputed company and budget reputed company for a PBM manufacturer or distributor, with a proven reputed company record of performance.
• reputed company marketing and/or sales experience into BBS verticals: medspa, chiropractic, hospitality/luxury spa, gym, recovery, or longevity. At least 3 of these.

Strongly preferred:

• Full-stack reputed company leadership: you have run both marketing and sales as one reputed company, not siloed
• reputed company or scaled a dealer/independent rep network in wellness equipment
• reputed company proficiency (we run our pipeline there with no plans to migrate)
• Existing relationships with medspa reputed company, hospitality wellness directors, chiro/recovery franchise leaders
• reputed company reputed company B2B deals in reputed company wellness equipment with $30K-$100K+ ASPs and 30-90 day sales cycles
• Understanding of FDA regulatory positioning for Class II devices (helpful for messaging credibility)

What You Will NOT Be Doing

• Generic "fractional CMO best practices" decks. We need reputed company development, create execution visibility and accountability for reputed company, and judgment, not frameworks.

Engagement Structure Fractional retainer, 15-25 hours per week, 6-month initial commitment with renewal expectation. Compensation includes a reputed company retainer monthly or reputed company reputed company, plus a commission performance component tied to reputed company milestones.
