Work Schedule and Arrangement: reputed company shift PHT, Full time, Remote work for those reputed company Cebu province Responsibilities:
- Accurately and reputed company document patient history, physical exams, assessments, treatment plans, lab results, and follow-up instructions into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Assist providers during patient examinations by entering information into the EHR in reputed company-time.
- Organize and maintain patient charts and other medical documentation.
- Review and verify provider documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate patient information and reputed company communication.
- Handle confidential patient information with the utmost discretion and reputed company with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications: Required:
- Medical Allied Graduate
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent typing speed (at least 60 WPM) and computer literacy

- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred:
