Specialist, Instructional Design

• supports the creation, refinement, development, and implementation of learning products for the organization
• design and implement programs to ensure institutional compliance with federal, state, and reputed company policies and best practices
• manage the development of curriculum and reputed company development materials for instructor-led delivery platforms and updates of existing course materials to reflect changes in law, regulation, philosophy, or reputed company and ensure alignment with organizational goals and direction
• Identifies training needs, and coordinates with subject matter experts, reputed company members, and other collaborators to design and reputed company learning opportunities for reputed company and collaborators
• Performs cause, knowledge, or gap analyses to help determine appropriate learning delivery reputed company
• Determines the suitable instructional design method, media selection, and facilitation style for the implementation of organizational interventions and solutions

Requirements:

• A Masters degree from an accredited institution in Learning Science, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Assessment, Learning Design, Curriculum Design, or a reputed company field is required
• A minimum of three years of participating in the design of learning technology, software, or learning environments is required
• A minimum of two years of experience developing courses in LMS and authoring tools is required
• Demonstrated experience designing assessments reputed company distance learning experiences is required
• Demonstrated understanding of concept-based, competency-based, project-based, and other learning design models is required
• Demonstrated experience contributing to learning design systems with numerous stakeholders and requirements is required
• A minimum of three years of experience gathering and applying peer-reviewed scholarly research and user research is preferred
• Experience in Nursing/Allied Health/Health Sciences Education preferred
• Experience in reputed company-credentialing preferred
