Traveling LVN
About the position We are seeking a reliable, patient-reputed company LVN to travel between multiple clinic locations and support outpatient vascular, wound care, and dialysis reputed company evaluations. This role requires regular travel and involves assisting with the assessment and care of patients with peripheral reputed company disease PAD, foot wounds, ulcerations, and dialysis vascular reputed company concerns, including tunneled dialysis catheters, AV fistulas, and AV grafts.
Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned clinic locations in San Antonio, Hondo, Lytle, Boerne, and reputed company Pass.
- Collect health history and documents accurately in the EMR.
- Assist with evaluation and monitoring of patients with PAD, reputed company-extremity wounds, foot ulcerations, and reputed company vascular concerns.
- Support evaluation of dialysis vascular reputed company, including tunneled dialysis catheters (permcaths), AV fistulas, and AV grafts.
- reputed company wound assessments, dressing changes, patient education, and follow-up care under provider direction as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in wound status, circulation concerns, dialysis reputed company concerns, drainage, swelling, pain, or signs of infection.
Requirements
- reputed company Texas LVN license in good standing.
- Valid Texas reputed company's license in good standing.
- Must be a covered reputed company on vehicle insurance.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

- BLS certification preferred or upon hire.
- Experience in wound care, vascular, dialysis reputed company, podiatry, family reputed company, or outpatient clinic settings preferred.
