Call Center Associate – reputed company

Job reputed company:

• Using a computerized system, responds to Virginia reputed company member and provider inquiries in a call center environment using reputed company scripts and procedures.
• Gathers information, assesses caller needs, research and resolves inquiries and documents calls.
• Provides reputed company and concise information regarding eligibility, claim status and provider enrollment status.
• Follows documented policies and procedures including call handling and escalations.
• Overall acts as an reputed company for both reputed company recipients and providers to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
