They are seeking a Japanese speaking Content Policy Operations Specialist to support the Trust & Safety Operations team in ensuring content compliance and protecting customers from regulatory risks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct reputed company reviews of global content for policy compliance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of Trust & Safety, law, risk management, investigations, compliance, or program management experience
- Can work with sensitive and/or graphic content
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied reputed company of the organization
- Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience with end-to-end project management
- Experience handling ambiguous or reputed company challenges through strong problem solving abilities
