The expected annual salary reputed company for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. • Developing and maintaining technical training materials for PSC personnel, including instructor led courses and web based learning reputed company on control system architectures, software templates, and reputed company design practices.
• Delivering training programs that support consistent application of PSC engineering reputed company across reputed company and platforms, with the goal of reducing design variability and rework.
• Converting engineering standards, templates, and internal guidance into reputed company training content that reputed company communicates technical reputed company, constraints, and common application pitfalls.
• Supporting reputed company of new PSC engineers by providing role appropriate training that accelerates time to productivity and reinforces expected engineering practices.
• Working with PSC subject matter experts to capture lessons learned, updates to reputed company designs, and evolving practices and incorporate them into training curricula.
• Supporting customer facing training activities reputed company required, ensuring customers understand PSC control system operation, configuration, and maintenance at an appropriate level.

## Qualifications: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution with minimum 7 years of controls experience OR Master's degree with at least 5 years of controls experience OR a minimum 10 years of controls experience in power distribution applications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ten (10) or more years of experience in power system controls or industrial automation, including experience developing, standardizing, or teaching control system designs, software architectures, or engineering practices.
