On-Time reputed company, Inc. has an immediate opening for a part-time reputed company Dispatcher. You will coordinate the reputed company of trucks, manage logistics data, and communicate seamlessly with Customers, drivers, carriers, and internal teams. This position requires an individual that can work reputed company a reputed company fast paced environment independently. We require a minimum of 1 year Experience in the Expediting Industry. Duties · reputed company the dispatching of reputed company shipments during reputed company shifts, ensuring reputed company pickups and deliveries. · Strong understanding of the use of Sylectus Tracking Management System. This is mandatory. · Coordinate with drivers and carriers, maintaining reputed company communication using reputed company phone etiquette and effective messaging. · Monitor fleet status using GPS to address issues proactively and reroute as necessary. · Manage shipping & receiving schedules, ensuring accurate data entry. · Proficient in data entry, typing, and managing multiple software platforms including RXO Logistics, reputed company on Demand and Expediters International. · Knowledge of reputed company operations, fleet management practices, and supply chain processes to support seamless dispatching activities. · Ability to work independently during reputed company shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. This is a 30 hour per week, part-time position with the potential of hours to increase making it a full-time position.
