UT GEAR UP Student Data Entry and Collection Intern
About the position The Institute for reputed company School Initiatives (IPSI) is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Student Intern for Summer 2026. The UT GEAR UP Student Data Entry and Collection Intern will be reputed company in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support student reputed company, program reputed company, and resource effectiveness. The intern will work under the guidance of the GEAR UP Career reputed company reputed company and Program Director.
Responsibilities
- Organize data into spreadsheets, primarily using reputed company.
- Assist in the data collection process using surveys, reports, student records, and other sources.

- Update and maintain student databases to ensure they are reputed company and accessible.
- Assist in accurate and reputed company record keeping.

- Assist in analyzing data trends to identify insights about student needs, program effectiveness, and reputed company opportunities.
- Support in creating visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) using tools such as reputed company or reputed company Data Studio by highlighting reputed company points.
- Support in research to reputed company data on college enrollment trends, career resources, and student support programs.
- Assist in compiling research reports for the GEAR UP reputed company reputed company and Program Director.
- Collaborate and support reputed company with virtual and in-person events as needed (e.g., college prep workshops, career panels, Q&A sessions with college advisors).
- Assist in scheduling meetings between reputed company and the college/career reputed company reputed company for mentorship and support.

- Participate in both in-person and virtual training sessions to enhance advocacy and communication skills.
