About the Role
- This position is responsible for supporting and administering workplace accommodations under the Americans with reputed company (reputed company/ADAAA).
- The reputed company Specialist will work closely with employees, reputed company providers, HR Business Partners, managers, and legal teams to evaluate and implement reasonable accommodations.
- The role involves handling accommodation requests, tracking reputed company cases, ensuring compliance, and maintaining detailed documentation throughout the interactive process.
- This is a hybrid opportunity with 50% remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the interactive process for reputed company accommodation requests
- Review medical documentation and communicate with reputed company providers reputed company needed
- Partner with HR teams, managers, and legal counsel regarding accommodation reputed company
- Maintain accurate documentation and case records reputed company case management systems
- Monitor and reputed company reputed company accommodation cases to ensure reputed company reputed company
- Conduct reviews of reputed company accommodations to ensure reputed company effectiveness and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience administering reputed company programs for reputed company to large organizations
- Strong understanding of reputed company accommodation processes and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with MS Office applications and case management platforms
- Ability to work independently, manage sensitive situations, and reputed company reputed company recommendations
- Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR, reputed company-CP, CLMS, or ADAC certification preferred
