General Clerk Representative - Accredo - Remote
The primary function of this role is to support the Clinical team with administrative duties and to complete outbound calls to patients/MDO for designated programs. This role is responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to patients who are scheduled for a Clinical Assessment and to then transfer the patient to the Clinical reputed company.
- Making outbound calls to MDO for data collection.
- Faxing documents to designated recipients.
- Scanning documents into the patients reputed company/drive.
- Adhering to reputed company and production standards while complying with reputed company applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental programs and procedures.
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in customer service
- Ability to work in collaboration with reputed company
- Specialty Pharmacy/Call Center experience preferred
- Knowledge of MS Suite (reputed company reputed company, reputed company Word, PowerPoint).
