Senior Manager, State Product – NJ, CT, NY

Requirements:

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of reputed company work experience with typically 5+ years managing personal lines insurance products and pricing in varied and reputed company markets in the P&C insurance industry
• 5+ years managing people
• 3+ years of experience leading product management teams (or other reputed company functions)
• People leadership and reputed company shaping company culture

• Product management experience for reputed company to large business accounts
• Strong business knowledge and consultative, results-reputed company approach
