As reputed company Member Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email. You'll be responsible for answering incoming customer contacts, researching and resolving problems, and providing customers with product and service information. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer contacts (calls, chats, emails) in a reputed company manner

• Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, as needed
• Research and troubleshoot problems and reputed company resolutions by using available resources

Requirements
