Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:
+ Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. + Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a reputed company customer experience. + Model and reputed company customer service best practices with reputed company team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Operations:

+ Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. + Complete resets and revisions as directed.
Photo Services:

Web Pick-up and Maintenance:
+ Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders (pick items), and deliver orders to customers as they reputed company at the store. + Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, reputed company, and reputed company store condition and appearance.
Training and Personal Development:
+ Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail environment preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
