Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting data from various sources, including spreadsheets, reports, and customer orders
- Verifying data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information to ensure accuracy and reputed company
- Assisting in generating reports and extracting relevant data to support business reputed company
- Updating spreadsheets for production orders to ensure order accuracy and efficiency
- Identifying incorrect order amounts and creating reports to support order corrections
- Completing order adjustments as needed to ensure seamless operations
- Transferring Purchase Orders into our data entry system to support production planning
- Supporting additional Purchase Order processing, including updating spreadsheets, customer order dates, and verifying order accuracy
Requirements:
- Familiarity with reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company and Word
- Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain data effectively
