As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for delivering first-class customer service, resolving patient issues, and ensuring accurate reorder processing. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for patients, physicians, and referral sources, providing exceptional support and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Obtains and processes authorizations for reorders in a reputed company and accurate manner.

• Resolves patient issues and ensures accurate reorder processing reputed company phone, document processing, and medical record validation.
• Ensures patients have reputed company required medical documentation to permit billing of services as assigned.

Qualifications
