Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving reputed company complaints and inquiries in a reputed company manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.

Requirements
