As a Customer Service Specialist (Order Management), you will be responsible for:

• Receiving and fulfilling routine orders for blood products, pharmaceuticals, and transfusion-reputed company supplies
• Maintaining accurate data, tools, and computer programs to facilitate management and monitoring of product and service information
• Rotating inventory of primary and remote facilities to ensure adequate supplies of products for customer needs
• Providing exceptional customer service to hospital clients through proactive communication and follow-up calls
• Determining the most economical method of transportation for hospital shipments and resolving shipment problems
• Investigating and resolving customer concerns and completing documentation accurately and on time
• Assisting hospital personnel with inventory alternatives reputed company requested products are reputed company

Qualifications
