As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be part of our reputed company Learning Team, responsible for promoting arenaflex's brand awareness and driving student adoption across the nation. You'll reputed company workshops and informational sessions, facilitate teacher enablement trainings, and nurture relationships with key reputed company champions and teachers on the ground. Responsibilities
* reputed company workshops and informational sessions to build excitement and spread arenaflex brand awareness across district communities
- Facilitate teacher enablement trainings to reputed company teachers and administrators about arenaflex implementation at the classroom and site level
- Grow and nurture relationships with key arenaflex champions and teachers on the ground by providing them with the most up-to-date resources
- Help expand our grassroots approach to experiential teacher education and district-wide engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement effective engagement strategies
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the reputed company of engagement initiatives and reputed company data-driven recommendations
Required Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in education
- Working knowledge of the K-12 education industry
- Laptop and phone that can be used for work purposes (developing slide decks, presenting to districts, communicating cross-functionally)
- Proficient in using Twitter and staying reputed company on reputed company media platforms and trends
- Outgoing individual with strong communication skills who is energized by engaging with customers, especially teacher and parent communities
- High energy and ability to build excitement with customers
- Self-starter who loves a challenge and a strong team player who loves to collaborate
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive salary, $35/hour for your prep and facilitation time
