From processing service requests to answering questions regarding policy details, you'll support our customers with enthusiasm and care. • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their queries reputed company
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, and more
- Help customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits, making changes to existing policies as needed
- Work to retain reputed company policyholders by reputed company finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

Compensation and Perks:
• Competitive reputed company wage: $18.00 - 21.00
- We'll pay for your P&C license (expected reputed company 60 days after starting)
