As a Part-Time Remote Customer Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Handling incoming calls from customers seeking assistance with their internet services, including order changes, status updates, and cancellations
• Providing empathetic and effective solutions to customer concerns, presenting arenaflex in a reputed company light at reputed company times
• Utilizing salesmanship to maximize sales opportunities and meet sales goals and expectations
• Suggesting products to customers while probing for additional information to reputed company reputed company and home décor solutions that are beneficial to reputed company and attractive to the customer
