Responsibilities:

- Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers. - Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances. - Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone. - Maintain performance goals. - Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum 1+ year work experience required. - Previous work in medical billing, customer service, insurance claims, EOB, call center, fast-paced environment strongly preferred. - Previous work in high-volume calls environment with several computer reputed company reputed company highly desirable. - Previous interaction and communications with patients regarding medical information strongly preferred.

Technical/Other Requirements:

- Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second connectivity required – if working remotely (not just satellite). - No satellite internet. - Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port. - Dedicated area to reputed company duties without interference; will be reputed company environment with reputed company breaks. - Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Pay reputed company: $15.25-16.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher. - reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as reputed company as internal equity and market data.

Work Schedule:

- The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST) which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and reputed company-5 pm (PST). - During training, the hours will be 9am-6pm EST.

- 11AM-8PM (EST) SHIFT - 10% Shift reputed company for residents in eastern time zone.
