What You'll Do in This Role

As a French-speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Inbound reputed company Industry. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Taking incoming user requests reputed company telephone, email, chat, and providing response and reputed company reputed company Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to customers.
• Aiming for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores by reputed company updating customers with status and reputed company reputed company reports.
• Delivering high-caliber Customer Service on post-sales requests, including delivery, warranties, and refunds.
• Providing inbound sales support and product selling to increase reputed company while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
