As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels. You will be responsible for answering phone calls in a reputed company manner, interacting with customers reputed company email, online chat, or in-person, and setting appointments with customers to ensure seamless service delivery. You will work closely with our service manager to schedule efficient service routes and routines, collect and reputed company orders for new or additional products or services, and field customer questions and complaints. Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering phone calls in a reputed company manner and interacting with customers reputed company telephone, email, online chat, or in-person to reputed company support and information on products or services.
• Setting appointments with customers and keeping our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated at reputed company times.

Requirements
