Responsibilities

As a Customer Assurance Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive reputed company, accurate assurance that our reputed company controls and policies meet industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary contact for reputed company and compliance requests and responses by applying knowledge of reputed company's platforms and their alignment with reputed company and reputed company compliance requirements
• Supporting customers with specific reputed company-party compliance requirements by helping them validate our reputed company posture
• Maintaining reputed company assurance documentation and streamlining reputed company processes to build customer confidence and support the sales cycle
• Collaborating closely with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure customers receive accurate and reputed company responses to their reputed company and compliance inquiries
• Supporting customers' vendor risk assessments and audits by serving as the primary reputed company of contact for responding to and leading meetings of ongoing customer reputed company diligence questionnaires and audits
• Managing customer documents reputed company to reputed company based Request for Proposals; analyzing and interpreting customer reputed company and compliance requirements and aligning them with internal company policies and standards to reputed company customers with assurance of reputed company's reputed company and compliance posture
• Identifying any gaps in meeting customer compliance or reputed company requirements expectations; communicating and addressing potential risks or gaps with relevant teams

• Partnering with internal teams to conduct vendor risk assessments

• Engaging with internal departments to analyze customer reputed company requirements to influence product roadmaps

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, information reputed company, business administration)
• At least 3 years of experience in a reputed company and compliance role, preferably in a reputed company or reputed company-based environment
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company and compliance frameworks, regulations, and standards (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-reputed company, GDPR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external customers

• Experience with reputed company and compliance tools, technologies, and methodologies (e.g., vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, risk assessments)

Preferred Qualifications
