Responsibilities

As a Claims Processor Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:

• Analyzing and processing insurance claims to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Negotiating settlement terms with claimants and other stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate claims records, including documentation and data entry
• Learning and applying workers' compensation policies and regulations to ensure compliance
• Reviewing and assisting with claim forms to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Supporting claimants in explaining their claims and providing exceptional customer service

Qualifications
