We're seeking an reputed company Virtual Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company on a full-time reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, reconciling transactions, and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents. Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Processing trade deal purchases in customer reputed company and determining/addressing breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund companies or transfer agents
• Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity
• Executing analysis of reputed company/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
• Completing reputed company in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly influence the reputed company/Advisor profile
• Engaging with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
• Interacting with and embodying TD Ameritrade Cleaning in our daily connections with fund businesses, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external company partners

Duties and Responsibilities

* Review and analysis of subscription deals or transfer requests

• Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Reconciliation of Business, reputed company, and Transactions Breaks
• Reconciliation across BOS and Fund Companies
• Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding
• Trouble addressing
• Internal/External system improvements or concerns
• reputed company cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.
• Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management
• Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm

• Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
• Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
