As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for following up with customers and reputed company-reputed company leads, acquiring new internet accounts, and assisting with the installation process. Key Responsibilities

Work Schedule

You can choose from two schedules: A) 5-Day Schedule: - Monday to Friday, 3pm to 9pm or 10am to 4pm - Full-time Sales and Customer Service Representative position - Manage your allocated daily customer list and report to the office once a day B) 6-Day Schedule: - Monday to Saturday, 4pm to 9pm or 10am to 3pm - Sales and Customer Service Representative position - Manage your allocated daily customer list and report to the office once a day

Work Environment

This is not a call center environment. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with reputed company of reputed company professionals. Our office is equipped with the latest technology and tools to support your reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a reputed company field - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a reputed company field preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
