Key Responsibilities:
As a Tier 1 Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing quick and effective service to worldwide participants in our online leadership development programs reputed company email, chat, phone, and web-based tools.
- Accurately identifying and troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues in a reputed company manner for a global set of users with diverse environments and scenarios.

What You Need to Succeed:
