As a Customer Service reputed company, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our members and providers, resolving inquiries, issues, or concerns in a reputed company and accurate manner. Responsibilities

• Receiving and responding to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns in an accurate and reputed company manner
• Mitigating and preventing complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact

Education Requirement
