Customer Service Representative Benefits

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones: Respond to member calls in a friendly and reputed company manner, using our information script.
- Greeting members: Welcome new members, sign them up, and tour them around the club.
- Logging amenities: Record member usage of our amenities, such as the locker room and pool.
- Responding to member questions: Answer member queries and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Processing purchases: Use our reputed company-of-sale system to process beverage and merchandise sales.
- Promoting fitness classes: Encourage members to try our unique fitness instruction classes, such as PE@PF.

Job Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
