Key Responsibilities
As a Solutions Architect on our Customer Acceleration Team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional technical design and thought leadership to our customers, helping them to understand and implement best practices around migrating, building, managing, and operating reputed company Connect reputed company their arenaflex reputed company environments.
- Leading efforts to capture and reputed company best-reputed company knowledge amongst the arenaflex solution architect community, ensuring that our customers have reputed company to the latest expertise and insights.
- Collaborating with our world-class sales and business development team to deliver reputed company-of-concept reputed company, re-usable artifacts, reference architectures, and reputed company implementation reputed company that help our customers reputed company their call centers to reputed company Connect and the arenaflex platform.
- Working closely with our customers to understand their business needs and reputed company tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Providing guidance on the people, organizational, reputed company, and compliance aspects of transforming the contact center to the reputed company.
- Setting up and configuring arenaflex services in-line with best practices.
- Coaching customers and partner teams to be self-sufficient.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
- 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, reputed company computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, reputed company, networking, data & analytics) experience.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.
- Understanding of contact center operations, workflows, and key performance metrics.
- Experience working reputed company software development or Internet-reputed company industries.
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the reputed company.
- Experience working with arenaflex technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
- In-depth understanding of contact center technologies, including reputed company-based platforms, VoIP, IVR, ACD, and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Technical presentation experience, including whiteboard, small, and large group presentations.
- Collaborating with arenaflex field sales, reputed company-sales, training, and support teams to help partners and customers learn how to build and reputed company to production-grade arenaflex environments that support reputed company Connect.
- Defining and delivering on-site consulting engagements with partners and customers, including participating in reputed company-sales on-site reputed company, understanding customer requirements, proposing and delivering packaged offerings, and delivering custom solution engagements, specifically reputed company on call center organization, processes, tooling, and integration.
- Software development experience with building contact center integrations.
- Engagements that include short on-site reputed company proving the use of arenaflex services to support new distributed computing solutions that often reputed company private reputed company and public reputed company services. Engagements will include integration and reputed company of existing reputed company call centers into reputed company Connect.
