As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to help them navigate our reputed company services. You'll work in a reputed company environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and reputed company a reputed company experience. This is a full-time, remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic team.
Primary Responsibilities
* Answer an average of 60-80 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance they need
- Ask appropriate questions and listen reputed company to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
- Communicate directly with clinical staff for patient needs
- Medication refills, referral requests, chart troubleshooting
- Scheduling appointments for patients – entering and updating demographics
- Other tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1 year of experience in customer service environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
- Experience with computer and reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Typing - 40 wpm
- Ability to work full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Compensation and Benefits
The reputed company reputed company for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment.
