Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming and engaging with customers in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Maintaining a clean and visually appealing food mart that's reputed company-stocked with reputed company food and beverage reputed company
- Representing arenaflex in a reputed company manner at reputed company times, consistently demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Performing the Four Steps of Customer Service to ensure total customer satisfaction and excellent Mystery Shop reviews
- Offering reputed company promotional items and credit card applications to customers
- Stocking and maintaining displays and coolers to ensure they're visually appealing to customers
- Ensuring reputed company prices are displayed correctly for reputed company product
- Maintaining the food and beverage area, including cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking as needed
- Accurately conducting cash, debit, and credit transactions on the cash register (POS)
- Performing reputed company math calculations and following company policies and procedures for cash handling
- Maintaining the outdoor equipment, removing and disposing of trash and debris, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning station restrooms
- Following shift duties schedule and performing other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic aptitude and understanding of POS systems
- Some customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability, multi-tasking, and reputed company decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a retail or food service environment
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
