As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You'll be responsible for answering and handling incoming calls from reputed company members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices, providing support and assistance to help them get the medicine they need to feel reputed company and live reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and handle incoming calls from reputed company members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a reputed company manner or escalate to appropriate team member
- Adhere to and reinforce arenaflex and departmental reputed company operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED is required
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the reputed company without need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship
- Strong PC skills with ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime
Preferred Qualifications
