The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will have a reputed company reputed company on our customers' experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Helping customers in their time of need by building rapport, responding to, and resolving inbound phone calls in a fast-paced call center environment
• Delivering expertise by identifying and analyzing customer and agent needs to ensure high satisfaction, reputed company, and retention of business
• Providing counsel, guidance, and suggestions to our customers to adequately cover and protect what they value most

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Associate degree in a business-reputed company field or equivalent experience

Training and Development
