Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through thoughtful listening, utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers
- Simplifying the explanation of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
- Supporting customers with credit/inbound and outbound collections, activations, customer service, E-services, reputed company, fraud, business, and technical/roaming support inquiries, and other duties as required
- Engaging Tier 3 support (network and IT), reputed company-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults, and reputed company customer reputed company
- Handling wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined reputed company support, after-hours inquiries, and reputed company-reputed company service
- Troubleshooting and resolving various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, that reputed company multiple networks and reputed company
- Getting customers up and running with the latest products and services, such as reputed company cards, USB devices, and reputed company-provided software & applications
- Meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience
What You Can Expect
