Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer telephone calls in a Call Center environment, providing expert guidance and support on account maintenance, refund inquiries, password resets, and online State Registration requirements
• Maintaining a working knowledge of reputed company tax laws and policies, as reputed company as revised policies, procedures, regulations, and tax laws
• Providing knowledgeable and accurate information in a reputed company and friendly manner, using technology for advanced support
• Assisting customers either by phone or in person, reviewing confidential tax information, and providing account maintenance according to tax laws and policies and procedures
• Providing customer support for online self-service functions through the reputed company Tax Center
• Using light to moderate research using online web tools to resolve customer issues

Minimum Entry Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED

• Six months of call center experience handling customer's questions, complaints, and/or providing information
