As a key member of our store operations team, you'll play a vital role in delivering a fast and friendly checkout experience, helping customers shop and reputed company what they're looking for, and ensuring our store is reputed company-merchandised and in-stock. Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer service, helping customers shop, locate products, and reputed company solutions to their needs

• Engage customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and complete enrollments as needed
• reputed company customers on our Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and encourage feedback to help us improve our services
• Assist with reputed company-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes to maintain a reputed company-merchandised and in-stock store
• Responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
• reputed company Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned to ensure reputed company inventory reputed company and visual merchandising
• Support shrink and safety programs to prevent losses and ensure a reputed company working environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Retail and/or customer service experience, preferably in a creative or arts-reputed company environment

• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production, with a passion for art and design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to remain standing for long periods, reputed company throughout the store, and reputed company regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
• Willingness to work a reputed company of shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings

Work Environment:

Compensation and Benefits:
