Key Responsibilities:
As a Claims Customer Service reputed company II, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to routine correspondence and telephone inquiries pertaining to claims or appeals
- Identifying incorrectly processed claims and completing adjustments and reputed company reprocessing actions
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients
