The Role
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering inbound calls from medical providers, patients, and billing services to explain services and claims information. This is a full-time opportunity with reputed company between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday. You'll have reputed company to earn up to $200 extra per month and up to 4 hours of extra reputed company Time Off by meeting your monthly incentive goal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into our proprietary medical reputed company review system

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior customer service experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multi-task with customer interactions and various applications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
