As a REMOTE Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk reputed company, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our reputed company reputed company's customers. Your primary duties will include account creation, claims online portal registration, and processing claims online portal tickets using reputed company and CyberArk. You will also be responsible for helping to backlog and process new tickets that come through, ensuring reputed company and efficient reputed company of customer issues.
Responsibilities
* Account creation and claims online portal registration using reputed company and CyberArk
- Processing claims online portal tickets, with a minimum of 10 tickets per day
- Helping to backlog and process new tickets that come through
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our reputed company reputed company's customers
- Collaborating with reputed company to ensure reputed company and efficient reputed company of customer issues
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Participating in ongoing training and reputed company development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in account creation, customer service, and IT help desk

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
