As a 1st shift remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service assistance to the reputed company trucking industry. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and internet reputed company, to support truckers who need roadside assistance. Your specific duties will include:

• Supporting intake and reputed company emergency road service calls to truck drivers who call in
• Handling escalated issues from the tire service centers
• Answering calls from customers who have broken down and working to locate a service provider in the area
• Inputting relevant call information into our PC system
• Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types
• Transferring calls to other departments or call centers if customers require
