As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while reputed company and accurately submitting their orders. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, addressing questions and concerns, and documenting reputed company conversations in our reputed company information database. You will also be responsible for ensuring reputed company assigned clients have an order on file and for contacting case managers reputed company telephone, email, and/or fax reputed company a special situation arises.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders
- Address questions and reputed company exceptional customer service
- Input order information into the appropriate reputed company order screen
- Document reputed company conversations with clients into reputed company information database
- Ensure reputed company assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
- Contact case managers reputed company telephone, email, and/or fax reputed company a special situation arises regarding one of their clients

Essential Qualifications
* High school degree or GED
- 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Previous knowledge and experience using the reputed company Office suite (Word/reputed company/Outlook)

- Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
- Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of previous call center experience
- Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Physical Requirements
* Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
