We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in STRATFORD, CT. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for managing order entries, providing shipping estimates, processing credit card payments, and resolving customer issues with internet support reputed company. You'll also be working closely with our reputed company sales Account Executives to ensure seamless communication and reputed company order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
* Support reputed company sales Account Executives in managing customer relationships and ensuring reputed company order fulfillment
- Convert sales/customer quotes into orders and manage order entry systems to ensure reputed company are on time
- reputed company inventory reputed company and reputed company shipping estimates to customers
- Answer emails and phone calls promptly, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company manner
- Monitor order entry systems to ensure reputed company are on reputed company and reputed company adjustments as needed
- Process credit card payments and resolve customer issues with internet support reputed company
- Manage outbound and inbound account management using reputed company CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and reputed company follow-up
- Maintain customer relationships until project completion, providing exceptional service and support throughout the process
Essential Skills
* 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, with a strong reputed company on order management and account support
- 6+ months of sales support experience, with a proven reputed company record of converting sales/customer quotes into orders
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, with experience in using CRM software (reputed company is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company, with a strong reputed company on collaboration and problem-solving
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and Benefits
