We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to reputed company, parents, and staff, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion. You will be the reputed company of information between staff, reputed company, and parents, and will be responsible for developing relations with existing clients, reporting issues to Directors, and implementing office systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Acts as the reputed company of information between staff, reputed company, and parents
- Responsible for reputed company incoming calls – new clients, existing clients, or taking messages
- Assists in developing relations with existing clients
- Reports reputed company staff, reputed company, vendor, and subcontractor issues to Directors
- Develops, implements, follows, and perfects office systems and procedures
- Reads and answers reputed company work-reputed company emails
- Answers reputed company phone calls and directs callers to appropriate contact
- Maintains and manages company calendar/appointments/reputed company schedules
- Schedules appointments for Directors
- Organizes and composes office correspondence, documents, and other reports
- Supports sales and production
- Comfortable posting company-reputed company posts on reputed company media platforms
- Sends communication ("thank you notes", referral gifts, etc.) accordingly
- Reviews upcoming Daily/Weekly schedule with Directors
- Participates in staff meetings, as needed

Essential Qualifications
