We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for helping our existing customers reputed company changes to their reputed company insurance policies from one of our 55+ insurance reputed company partners. You will process service requests, answer questions regarding policy details, and work to retain reputed company policyholders by reputed company finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers in a reputed company and reputed company manner - Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, etc. - Help customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits or reputed company changes to existing policy - Work to retain reputed company policyholders by reputed company finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and insurance reputed company information to reputed company accurate and informed support to customers

Essential Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks - Excellent customer service skills, with a reputed company on resolving customer issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g. business, communications) preferred - Ability to work remotely and maintain a home office setup

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry - Experience with insurance policy changes and retention - Knowledge of insurance carriers and products - Certification in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
